Cheshire Youth Music for Life Big Band featuring Alexander Bone
 
Alexander Bone is a 20 year old saxophonist, pianist, composer, arranger and producer based in the UK.
Currently studying at the Royal Academy in London, in September 2015, he performed to millions on The Last Night of the Proms, broadcast on BBC Two.
 
He has worked with big names in jazz and pop including to date:
Nile Rodgers, Rudimental, Kylie Minogue, Gary Barlow, Liane Carroll & Dave Holland.
 
In 2014 he was crowned the first ever winner of the BBC Young Musician - Jazz Award, and in 2016 he was voted the winner of the British Jazz Awards “Rising Star” by members of the public.

Here at the Cinnamon Club, he is featuring alongside the rising stars of the 20 piece Cheshire Youth Music for Life Big Band, run by not-for-profit organisation, Music For Life.
